“Castle star Nathan Fillion has explained why he doesn’t do his own stunts.
Speaking in a video on the show’s official website, the actor revealed that he originally wanted to participate in the action scenes himself.
“I was always the guy who said, ‘Let me do it, I want to do that stunt’,” he explained. “And then two things happened. I got kicked in the knee, never been the same. [And] I realised that if you do the stunt - there’s a stunt guy waiting on the side dressed in your outfit ready to do the stunt and if you do it, he doesn’t get paid. He gets paid by the stunt. Somebody’s job - I don’t want to mess with that.”

These four are my favourite actors and actresses at the moment. Nathan Fillion, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Zooey Deschanel and Amy Adams. I specifically look out for anything they’re in and try to watch those movies/shows. Which reminds me that I should really try and get into Castle (more)… Anyway, I also really like Kristen Stewart (outside of Twilight). I dislike it when Twilight haters make it out as if she’s a shitty actor just because she plays Bella. She’s actually one of the better ones. In summary, these actors are fuckawesome. ^_^
